Very nice hotel. We travellled with the intent to visit universal. And it's not the best choice for it. As there is no direct subway to get ther. Also rhe breakfast offered is not western palate. Therefore only recomended if you are used to ssian cuisine. The room was amazing, super clean, comfortable. The bathroom should get an award by itself. The complimentary wifi beats any of the ones we used in tokyo. And the laundry is really amazing.
The hotel is very clean and the Internet connection is good. The only issue that this hotel is ranked as a 4 stars but without gym and swimming pool and the other issue is that the stuff at the reception they don’t speak English properly and do not provide sufficient help for the guests who don’t speak Japanese.
Not worth the price – never again This hotel is overpriced and not worth staying at. It claims to be 4 stars but feels far below that. The receptionist was unfriendly, the room was disappointing, and the location is far from the station with nothing nearby. I felt uncomfortable staying here at all. Even a decent 3-star hotel would be more comfortable. I will definitely not stay here again.
