I had an amazing stay at here, easily the best hotel I’ve experienced in Bangkok. The elegant building and flawless service made it unforgettable. Special thanks to Amarin, the Chief Concierge, whose genuine care and attention truly stood out. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a classy, welcoming stay!

Really good hotel. Highly recommended. The rooms, although not big, are stylish and well equipped. The pool area is great, with chill music and a great view of the city. Cocktails are really good too, with fast service. Lobby smells wonderful and everything is spotless clean. The staff at the front desk and concierge are very professional and care about your experience (Deena was our favorite). There is even a designated person in charge of the elevators. Great breakfast with lots of variety.

We interacted with several staff members during our stay, and most of them were very pleasant and professional. It was clear that customer service is well-trained here, which made a positive impression. The room was clean and well-maintained. However, the amenities were quite limited — there wasn’t even hand soap provided, so we had to request some from the staff. The hair dryer had decent power, which was helpful. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool. The view was amazing, and when we visited, it wasn’t crowded at all, so we could truly enjoy it. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was also comfortable, with other guests being respectful and well-mannered. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
