Outstanding Service from Executive Lounge Staffs A friend of mine recommended I stay at the Marriott Marquis Bangkok, specifically to experience the Executive Lounge and the exceptional service from the team especially Mew. So I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did.I stayed with my mom and my sister. My mother is recovering from a stroke and currently has limited mobility, being able to use only one side of her body. From the moment we arrived, Mew went above and beyond to ensure my mom was comfortable and treated with care and dignity. Her kindness of her service made a lasting impression on us.Even during busy times in the morning Mew is a very professional She made us feel truly welcomed and her thoughtful service made our stay both smooth and memorable with her smile and her personality. I would also like to compliment the chef at the Executive Lounge. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care. It made every visit to the lounge a pleasure.I originally tried to share this feedback on TripAdvisor, but it hasn’t shown up so I truly hope the management team sees this message here. Mew is an outstanding team member, and along with the wonderful work of the chef, made our stay at Marriott Marquis even more special. Bruno

Not only was she warm, professional, and attentive throughout, but what truly touched me was the way she took such gentle care of my parents. They are elderly and don’t speak English, but Mew made them feel at ease, understood, and well cared for ... which meant so much to me.She went above and beyond to ensure their comfort, patiently assisting them and making sure they had everything they needed.
