Bangkok Midtown Hotel

1. Good place for a stay. 2. Staffs are polite and accommodating. 3. Not near MRT- so need to take a cab everytime you want to go out 4. Recommendation to the management: please print an 'instruction page' on how to use the air conditioner, lights, Telephone etc. It is easier for the guests if they can understand how the room facilities works. For my stay, it was difficult to find out how AC, and lighting system works (every hotel is different and we may not know all systems) 5. Recommendation to guests: can stay here comfortably if you are not looking for a place close to MRT.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The bathroom wall doesn't go all the way up to the ceiling, so any odors from the bathroom end up filling the bedroom. Especially when my roommate is doing number two 🤮💩 Additionally, the bidet faucet is leaking and hasn’t been repaired — housekeeping just shut it off, which doesn’t actually solve the problem. The location is quite strategic, with shopping centers nearby and a 7-Eleven on both sides of the hotel, just 15 meters away. There’s also a food stall that sells noodles and rice, and it stays open past midnight.

Terrible. I was expecting more, because of the prior reviews. Our room was not clean at all. There was dirt on the floor. The little tablet with the coffee cups was dirty and the little spoons had some leftover food on it. Disgusting! They didn't have any fitting bedsheets and the sheets (+ the towels) had some spots (Dirt? Color?). My pillow had some weird stripes on it. Looked like the resedue of makeup. A large chalk deposit has formed in the shower (espacially in the showerhead). The "bathroom" had waterspots on the floor and around the sink. You could tell they didn't clean it. Even the wall had dirtspots on it. Breakfast was "okay", nothing special, but could have been more. And the walls are very thin. You can hear your roomneighbours and the people outside in the hall. The only good thing was the staff, they were mostly friendly.
