Bangsaen Heritage Hotel

Very good experience. Great water park. Staff behaviour is awesome. We are vegetarian and hotel arranged delicious vegan breakfast for us. Property is bit older, but okay in this price.

I slept so well during my stay there! The rooms are spacious and very quiet. It’s located right at the beach, I enjoyed my morning/evening walks very much. The breakfast buffet is also very nice with a variety of different dishes to choose from. The gym is also quite equipped. My only complaint is the pool which isn’t big enough for adults who want to swim. I’ll come back for sure!

The first time my family and I stayed here, I asked the lobby staff which type of room would allow me to bring my cat. She told me that all villa types were pet-friendly, so I booked a villa. Closer to the date, I called to reconfirm, only to be told that I had to book a Superior Villa instead—with no apology whatsoever. I paid nearly 4,000 baht per night. While the room looked spacious, the air conditioning in the bedroom didn’t work properly—I had to call for maintenance and wait a long time. There was a water leak in the dry zone of the bathroom, and trash under the bed.
