I stayed here on a work trip. It was lovely hotel. The beds were some of the comfiest I stayed in, the rooms were a good size and the vibe and decor of the hotel was great. The staff were also really attentive. I had a great greeting from reception, and the barman was wonderful! He remembered our exact order both nights. Hoping to stay here again when I’m next in London.
Stylish and comfortable hotel in a great location. The room was modern, clean, and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the art throughout the hotel – really gave it character. Easy walk to the Tate Modern and the river. Would happily stay again!
This hotel is a gem. I cannot say enough about the room, the facilities, the location, and the team. Let’s start with the team. Nice, professional, warm, capable, and friendly. From the moment you walk in, you can see that this is a very well trained group of ambassadors. They truly make you feel like you’re a member of their family. The setting for the hotel is terrific. You will find yourself close to many key attractions. The room is quiet in the evening. It is comfortable and well appointed. Thank you very much for an amazing 10 days in London. We have somebody wonderful memories.
