The most incredible stay in a stunning location. The hotel is perfect - the pool is unbelievable, breakfast delicious with a range of dishes and juices etc, the room is enormous with the most comfortable bed and lovely areas to relax in and outside. All of the staff go above and beyond to make your stay special. Grace and the other buggy drivers are professional and kind, as are the breakfast and reception staff. A stay here will not leave you disappointed.
Really really good. A place to book again! Stayed in a villa with pool , very comfortable, modern, clean. Spa is very qualitative. Infinity pool between the rocks is the place to enjoy... The surroundings are magnificent, even if you're in the middle of nowhere and 15km from the old town. Restaurants are fine, Quality of food is good. Service at the restaurants is good but not perfect (butter melts totally within 3 minutes outside, because served with no ice).
This resort is pure luxury with flawless service. The view from our room was out of this world, and the pool is the perfect spot to relax. I had some of the best meals at the on-site restaurants, every dish was incredible. If you're heading to AlUla, this place is a must-stay. But just a heads up, the place is a bit pricey.
