What a fantastic experience on the Saffron Cruise by Banyan Tree! We wanted to share some informal feedback about our recent trip. Honestly, the Saffron Cruise was beyond amazing! The whole vibe was just perfect, and the food? Absolutely delicious – really, really nice. But what truly made our evening stand out was the incredible service, especially from our waiter, Win. He was just fantastic! Super friendly and genuinely kind, Win made us feel right at home. It was impressive how he handled everything with such ease; he really knows how to solve problems on the spot, which made for a completely smooth and enjoyable experience. Seriously, give that guy a raise! We can't recommend the Saffron Cruise enough, and if you're lucky enough to have Win as your waiter, you're in for a treat!
I can not express how great this hotel is. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Bangkok and throughout Thailand, and this has been the best to date. The service here is next level. I highly recommend having an indulgent massage - it’s like no other massage experience from start to finish - pure blissful luxury! I had Aree and she is incredibly strong and found all my stress knots. Absolutely everything has been thought of throughout this hotel. I can’t fault it. One of the highlights was a sunset cocktail on the rooftop bar.
One of my most cherished memories at Banyan Tree Bangkok was a special dinner shared with my angel. The food was exceptional—delicious and beautifully presented. The view from the restaurant was simply breathtaking, adding a magical touch to our evening. What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding service. The staff were all incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. I’d like to give special thanks to K. Jimmy, K. Film, and K. Tai. They are truly wonderful people who went above and beyond to attend to every detail and make our evening unforgettable. We chose this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion, and we were so impressed that we are already planning to return. Thank you for making our night so memorable.
