Banyan Tree Bintan

Just back from a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Bintan. The service here and support from friendly staff was exceptional. Beautifully styled rooms with stunning oceanfront views are well maintained by dedicated hardworking staff. There’s a resort Whatapp to answer any of your questions within a few minutes. Nothing is too much to ask. Buggy drivers arrive promptly to pick you up and take you anywhere on the resort with their pleasure. We liked the pools on site, with prompt pool service and guests who really aren’t the type to rush to save sunbeds first thing in morning then disappear to breakfast. That’s not the Banyan way. There’s a choice of three top quality restaurants; Indonesian, Thai or European but we also benefited from two other sister resorts next door with beach dining and other shared activities. This was great for our teen/20s children who loved the sports, bikes, water sports, sea turtle conservation as well as the Banyan’s own program of activities. We enjoyed a tree trek with lovely knowledgeable local guide. Well done and thank you Banyan tree xx

Lovely resort beautiful rooms and pool. All staff were courteous, kind and always happy to please. Had an Amazing Balinese massage with Ester, probably best ever. Only complaint would be service on Monday evening at the Saffron, due to lack of staff it was very slow and frustrating such a shame as food was delicious. Overall a lovely stay would definitely recommend,

This is a brilliant hotel. We had an oceanfront villa with views of the sea. The villa had a small pool which was lovely. It was so private and you can’t see any other rooms from your villa. The staff at this hotel are really fantastic - so friendly and helpful. We had dinner at Saffron which was an incredible meal. The whole setting of the hotel on the sea is just stunning. Will be back!
