I recently stayed at this hotel in Acapulco and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The services provided were top-notch, catering to every need with efficiency and warmth. The ambiance of the hotel was relaxing and elegant, with a beautiful blend of local charm and modern comfort. Our room had a stunning view, which made our stay even more memorable. We also tried both restaurants inside the hotel, and they were fantastic. Each offered a unique menu, delicious food, and excellent service. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Acapulco. Looking forward to returning someday!

The hotel and rooms were incredibly. Service was great and very accommodating. Saffron had great food and their manager Guillermo was awesome! Valeria at the spa was so nice and gave us a wonderful experience, and amazing customer service! Galo with the transportation service taught us a a lot about Acapulco and its history and helped us out a lot. I highly recommend enjoying a private villa here for vacation.

One of the best hotels in Mexico and Acapulco for sure. excellent location breath taking views. Very exquisite and well managed. Great management of Mr. Octavio. The jubilee celebration could not be better. I will definitely come again
