From the moment I arrived, I was treated to an experience that was nothing short of exceptional. ​The level of service was truly outstanding. Every member of your staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. The concierge was particularly helpful with their fantastic recommendations, and the restaurant staff made every meal a delightful occasion. ​My room was a perfect sanctuary of comfort and luxury. The attention to detail, from the pristine cleanliness to the plush furnishings, was remarkable. I particularly enjoyed the breathtaking view from my window, and the incredibly comfortable bed. ​Thank you for creating such a memorable and relaxing environment. Title: Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service & No Respect for Loyal Guests I have stayed at Banyan Tree twice before and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, my third stay was completely different due to the unprofessional attitude of the manager Ribin and the receptionist Elan. I drove 7 hours to get here for some rest and to enjoy my vacation, only to be told upon arrival that there is ongoing construction – the same construction that has been going on for 3 years since my first visit. In my previous stay, when I raised this issue, they moved me to a quiet room immediately. This time, however, they told me, “If you don’t want, we can cancel your booking.” They didn’t even consider the fact that I had traveled such a long distance and was here to relax. The receptionist claimed the construction notice was written on the booking, but when I checked, it was not mentioned. In fact, the message about “possible noise” was sent only after I booked and after the amount was deducted from my account. The message even promised they would ensure I had the best experience – yet they made no effort to resolve the issue this time. They ruined my vacation mood and showed no respect for a loyal guest. This is completely unprofessional. I will not be booking here again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before staying – they clearly do not value returning customers.

I drove 7 hours to this hotel, looking forward to a peaceful break, only to be told on arrival that there was loud construction work going on – the same construction I remember from years ago. In the past, they moved me to a quiet room right away. This time, I was told, “If you don’t like it, we can cancel your booking.” No apology, no solution, no consideration for my long journey or the fact that I came here in vacation mode to relax. To make matters worse, there was no clear mention of this noise issue when I booked. The warning message came after my booking was confirmed and my payment deducted, with a promise that they would “make sure I have the best experience.” That promise was clearly meaningless. This stay ruined my trip, and I felt completely disrespected as a loyal guest. I will never book here again, and I advise anyone looking for a relaxing getaway to avoid this hotel.
