Banyan Tree Dubai at Bluewaters

I recently stayed at Banyan Tree Dubai for my anniversary celebration, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome — warm, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay special. The property itself is stunning, with beautifully designed spaces that feel both luxurious and relaxing. Our room was spotless, elegantly furnished, and had thoughtful touches that made it feel extra personal for our celebration. We enjoyed every part of our stay — from the serene poolside atmosphere to the delicious dining options that added to the experience. It was the perfect setting for such an important occasion, and we left feeling refreshed, happy, and grateful for the memories. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary so memorable. Update — Our stay at Banyan Tree Dubai began with a few unexpected service issues, which, at first, fell short of the standards one might anticipate from a luxury resort. However, what truly defined our experience was the way the leadership team responded. As a newly opened property with just over a year and a half of operations, Banyan Tree Dubai is clearly in active pursuit of excellence—and it shows in how seriously they take guest feedback. Both the General Manager and Assistant General Manager personally reached out to address our concerns. Their approach was not only prompt but heartfelt, taking full accountability and expressing a sincere desire to turn our experience around. We were generously upgraded to a stunning ocean-facing suite and offered thoughtful gestures including a spa experience and a private poolside cabana. These actions, while appreciated, were not what impressed us most. What stood out was the authenticity behind them—the genuine commitment to service recovery and the clear pride they take in building something exceptional. Their leadership reflects a deep understanding of what luxury hospitality should be: not perfection, but the willingness to listen, respond with care, and create meaningful connections with guests. Because of this, what began as a disappointing stay transformed into a memorable one—anchored not just in amenities, but in the way we were treated. Banyan Tree Dubai has all the makings of a world-class destination. With leadership like this at the helm, it’s clear they are on the right path to becoming one of Dubai’s most sought-after luxury resorts.

The breakfast was fantastic, lots of options for every dietary need and the staff are always happy to make adjustments so that you can enjoy your breakfast. We looked forward to breakfast every morning. All of the employees are the best part of this hotel. They do everything with their heart hoping to make your stay the best experience. The adult pool was an amazing plus, I love that the hotel is accepting and accommodating of families with children but it was great to have an adult pool for those who came without kids. What really bothered us throughout our stay was the cleanliness. From a distance everything is in order but there are quite a few shortcomings. Our sheets had stains on them multiple days through our 11 day stay, either there is something wrong with the washing or these stains are overlooked, in either case this should not be happening. the sun-beds all have stains, holes or rips in them, I would recommend replacing some of them and giving a good wash to the others. The towels for the sun-beds are also quite used, we only had one or two that didn't either have a hole or rip in them.
