Banyan Tree Huangshan

Resort hotels offer the perfect escape for relaxation. There's something truly satisfying about doing nothing at all. Upon seeing the hotel's lengthy staircase, I couldn't resist joking with the staff, 'I bet 80% of your guests have just scaled Mount Huangshan and their legs are quite tired!' They graciously directed me to the elevator and even offered the creative tip of walking diagonally up the stairs. The hotel is home to many adorable animals that guests can interact with. I had a rather amusing encounter with a sheep, fighting over a mouthful of grass. P.S. I must say, I don't require excessive photo editing to appear more slender or fair-skinned. The photographer's enhancements are always a bit much.

Great place to stay if you're going to Hongcun, Huangshan, China. Staff were very professional and kind (including Zhang Meiling 张美玲, great staff), and the rooms were very nice and luxurious, with a balcony to view the surrounding area. The hotel itself offered a variety of activities to do, including peacock and fish feeding, and also had a ton of excellent places to take photos owing to its location. Overall, very nice hotel!

Service is perfect, with courteous boys riding golf cart back and forth rooms and lobby, staff was very helpful. It sits on hills, so comes with lots of stairs and not easy for some people. Rooms decor is good, but just maintenance was not, air-conditioning total 3 sets in the room which one for room automatically shut down in the midnight for consecutive 2 nights, USB charger under TV accidentally fused and caused total power failure and turning off, my USB type C line was fused ... knowing it is really not easy to maintain such giant flock of buildings in the mountain area, but still needs to pay extra care and certified technicians taking good care.
