Banyan Tree Krabi

I cannot express how sensational this resort is. The location, amenities and staff are above and beyond. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by James who was simply exceptional. His customer service was truly top tier. We forgot our phone charger and he offered to let us use HIS for the entirety of our stay. we missed a complimentary part of our stay because we had a later check in and he offered a free dinner service that night instead at no extra charge. the pool was closed during our stay so we were blessed with the opportunity to take a long tail boat right from the resort beach front over to hong island which was so peaceful and beautiful. During this excursion i saw a lot of people snorkeling and mentioned how cool it was to one of the staff members, Dee, who came with us. He showed up 20 minutes later with snorkels for both me and my friend. He also patched up her foot after scraping it on a rock in the ocean. The staff is friendly, kind, and the best part about this resort. They also set up our dinner reservations for us, take you to and from all resort locations by buggy. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and had specials that changed daily. This is by far the best resort I’ve been to and is well worth the price. Thank you for the stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Krabi and would like to thank the amazing staff, especially Ms. Fah, for going out of her way to make our holiday truly special. Her warmth and attention to detail really stood out. We stayed in the Deluxe Partial Ocean View Suite, and it was absolutely lovely—comfortable bed, beautifully appointed room, and a million-dollar view of Krabi and the bay. The white sandy beach was stunning, especially on sunny days, and the cabanas added that perfect touch of luxury and relaxation. We only made it to breakfast once, but it was decent. The Thai restaurant served some fantastic food, and the bar, though quiet in the late evening, had one of the best views you could ask for. I genuinely feel the bar has huge potential—if they bring in the right bartenders, they could really enhance the sunset vibe and upsell drinks to match the setting. I also used the gym, which was well-equipped and did the job for a quick workout. The Buggy’s came really quick and the drivers were quite polite and kind. I just love how hospitable the service staff was. Overall, a solid 5/5 for the property. If I had one suggestion, it would be to rethink the bar experience a little—especially the dishwashing being done in front of customers, which felt a bit off in an otherwise serene setting. The Krabi team should give a pat on their backs for delivering a wonderful resort team. We were impressed with every single staff, all so polite and friendly and always with a smile. We were hosted by Daria, who was ever so accommodating to our requests. The bar team, and in particular Khem and Noom made us feel so at home. The spa therapists were also so good, we went back twice in two days. The testament that it was a good stay, is that we’re already looking forward to our next visit there.
