Banyan Tree Phuket

Banyan Tree Phuket is a peaceful and romantic resort surrounded by greenery and lagoons. The villas are very spacious, comfortable, and come with private pools, It's very relaxing and private, it was a wonderful experience! We also enjoyed massages at the spa, which were excellent! The staff were very polite and helpful, and the property was well maintained. Breakfast had a good variety of Western and Asian options, and the quality was consistent. We also ordered room service for dinner and it was delicious. The resort is a bit spread out, so you may need to use the bicycles or buggy service to get around. The location is slightly away from the main tourist areas, but there are restaurants and the beach within walking distance. Overall, a comfortable, relaxing, and romantic stay. Thank you Banyan for the special memories!

My wife was impressed by the flower arrangements provided upon check-in. The facilities are a bit dated, but they remain luxurious. The staff, though seemingly busy, are friendly and attentive to guests and never make mistakes. The rooms are clean and well-stocked with amenities to accommodate the number of guests. The restaurant food is also of a high standard, and the breakfast menu offers a variety of options. While some remodeling is a bit disappointing, overall, we are very satisfied. I hope this continues until check-out.

Our stay at Banyan Tree has been amazing. The staff have been incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The in villa bbq was amazing. Dam was excellent, great service, would highly recommend! We also had the most amazing experience at the spa. Ware and Gift were fantastic. They made accommodations for my husband who had had an accident recently. Well worth a visit! The cooking class led by Kwan and supported by Nan was a very enjoyable experience. Hopefully my son will use these new skills when we return home!
