Banyan Tree Shanghai On The Bund

Fantastic hotel stay for 1 night. We arrived late in the night. Koen was very helpful to ensure that we got our meal delivered to our room. The room was great overseeing huangpu river and pearl tower. Only downside is the location as it is away from the tourist attraction. A good hotel stay if you just want to rest and relax and 15 mins away from shopping outlet.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the service and care throughout my stay. It’s our first time in Shanghai, we’re here to enjoy cherry blossoms and tulips in Shanghai. I am pleased to say that my stay here has been excellent and has surpassed all my experiences. The room was impeccably clean, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. We all had a fabulous fews day vacation. Thank you for the excellent hospitality, staying in Banyan Tree Shanghai on the Bund actually enhanced our vacation experience. Above all else, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had is the luxurious heated toilet seat that keeps you toasty on frigid winter mornings. The service by the staffs is great, you’ll feel very welcome at this hotel. You’ll have the resort feel when you step foot into the establishment. The room is big and spacious. Location is a bit off as you will not get a good view of the pearl tower
