Barberini Deluxe

Very pleased with the hotel which is centrally located but quiet inside. All the staff are courteous and professional. Breakfast on the roof top terrace is very pleasant where Laura's service every morning was beyond exceptional and memorable. Would highly recommend staying there. Thanks to all at Hotel Barberini!

Stunning hotel!! The views from our balcony and the rooftop bar were so romantic. The drinks in the bar were delicious and the service from every staff we interacted with was fantastic. They were kind enough to hold onto our luggage before and after we checked in and out so we could explore the city. So hospitable, beautiful, and in a great location. The bed was also comfortable and the shower had great water quality.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately had to cancel due to unforeseen personal circumstances. I provided 12 days notice, which I felt was more than reasonable time for the hotel to rebook the room. Despite this, they were unwilling to offer a refund , citing policy. While I understand terms and conditions are in place, a bit of flexibility and compassion—especially when ample notice is given—would have left a far better impression. Sadly, this experience has made me think twice about booking here in the future.
