I cannot say enough good things about Christina, she is absolutely amazing! From the moment I booked, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We mentioned we’d be arriving early, and instead of making us wait, she kindly upgraded us to a beautiful suite so it would be ready in time, at no extra charge! She also arranged an early check-in for us, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. Every time I’ve stayed, Christina makes sure everything is ready, prepared, and just right. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care truly set her apart.
