Barcelo Coconut Island Phuket

We are staying at this wonderful paradise and I can honestly say it has exceeded all our expectations. 🩷🩷 Before coming, I couldn’t find much information online, but now that we’re here, it’s truly fabulous. The rooms are amazing, the entire staff is so kind, and the Italian restaurant is outstanding. Every night during our honeymoon we’ve enjoyed beautiful dinners, and tonight we had the absolute pleasure of being served by Thor!!!! his service was exceptional from start to finish. Vanessa and Mau (I believe the captain) also went above and beyond to make us feel so special. 💜💜 You are very lucky to have such an incredible team. They will always have a place in my heart for all their kindness and attention.

A Truly Outstanding Experience – Highly Recommend! From the moment we arrived at Coconut Ireland, the level of customer service was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive from check-in to departure – a real credit to the hotel. Management should be incredibly proud of the team they’ve built. The bedrooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and immaculately clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The entertainment was a standout feature – from relaxing poolside music during the day to an impressive variety of acts in the evening, including a DJ, live bands, and even a violinist by the pool during a BBQ. The food was outstanding, with an exceptional variety of cuisines to choose from – something to suit every taste. We also took advantage of the hotel’s day trips, which were well-organised, reasonably priced, and included convenient transfers. Evenings were perfectly rounded off in the lounge with cocktails and a game of pool. And the spa – absolutely incredible. I had a massage there and can honestly say it was the best I’ve ever had. The treatments and ambiance added a real sense of tranquility to the entire resort. Overall, if you're looking for great food, true comfort, a range of entertainment, and genuine relaxation delivered with professionalism and care, I can't recommend Coconut Ireland highly enough. We’ll definitely be returning!

This hotel is pure paradise! I didn’t find much information before coming, but now that I’m here, I can say it’s beyond fabulous. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent Italian restaurant.
