Spent two weeks here and loved every minute. The staff are great. Well located to explore the wider area via public transport and there are some great little eateries within walking distance. We were bed and breakfast only there is a restaurant on site offering great value food if you fancy stopping in. Great beach, a 10-minute walk away, too. This had opened our eyes to one of the best parts of Spain by far. Until the next time.......
Just stayed at Barcelo Costa Ballena with my pro and 10 other ladies. We had a super 5 nights there and would not hesitate to recommend others to this Hotel. The rooms, lobby, reception area, 2 pools bars, restaurant are all great, and staff are friendly and helpful throughout. (Just wish we'd had time to go to the Spa!)
If you arrive on a weekend in summer, parking outside is impossible to find as the hotel is close to the beach. Service here was excellent even if the room we received was not up to scratch. The room was not clean when we arrived (16:30) and did not have towels. The terrace doors could not be closed and we had to call maintenance. It was also located just behind the childrens pool, with entertainment all afternoon till about 20:00... This would have been nice to know previous our visit.
