What an excellent hotel! Modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the facilities—especially the gym—were outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were exceptional, with a special mention to Imran, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and truly a credit to the hotel. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone considering a visit—don’t hesitate, book it now!
Convenient location and service. The desk, restaurant and bar staff in the restaurant were helpful and informative. We arrived early and they found a room for us at a cost which was ready. We enjoyed the partial view and patio area of our room. The rooms were a good size, and we could plug American products without using converters. Each day our room was serviced and chocolate was left at the evening turn down. They had some disposable items in the bathroom such as razor, which was helpful. The breakfast was amazing, although expensive. Figuring out the room lighting was a puzzle, and we kept turning on/off wrong areas. The A/C turns off each time you open any door, even if a person stays in the room. We had towels delivered and when I opened the door the A/C turned off. The hair dryer is in a cabinet and was challenging to use, as the cord was not very long. The hair and skin products were not good, and hard to dispense. We asked for extra towels and each day they took them away and we had to ask for more. The sun-bed and towel process was easy. The pool area is not owned by the hotel, so I do not want to fault the hotel for terrible service by the staff at the pool. Heads up They basically ignored hotel guests and we had to pick a sunbed in back areas and corners.
A fairly average 4 Star hotel that's masquerading as a 5 Stat hotel. Having booked two of the same room type we got two very different rooms. One room had a great view and a lovely walk-in shower, the other with a partial sea view and a shower in the bath that spills all over the floor when you try to use it and is very hard to get out of without slipping. Despite being one party of 4, who booked 6 months ago, the hotel were so surprised about our joint booking that they put us on totally different floors saying they were full and couldn't accommodate us together. Amazingly there are 5+ rooms of this type available on booking.com so maybe there is a mistake or maybe the staff at the hotel just lie to customers to fob them off and keep them quiet. I let you be the judge. This kind of sums up the standard of customer service for this "5 Star" hotel. We asked for a couple of extra chairs for the balcony of the room with the good view. We were told they would "check" but then when we asked again they just denied we had even asked. The rooms themselves are nice, beds are very hard, but that suited us. Could do with a few more power sockets and coat hangars. The location has many pluses but the tunnel under the nearby shopping centre makes a terrible noise every time a motorbike goes through which is quite annoying and makes it hard to sleep through the night on any of the "side view" rooms.
