Barcelo Tanger

This hotel is a beautiful property across the street from the ocean, and a wide, clean Beach. I feel the value is definitely here; your rooms are large, soundproofed, the beds are comfortable, the air condition is ice cold, and the pillows are nice and fluffy! There is dry clean and laundry facilities available, and there is a steamer in the room and a safe and a mini fridge. Electric water kettle with t and freeze dried coffee. The deluxe room also has a balcony with two chairs and a table. The shower has great water pressure hot water and you get shower gel/shampoo as well as conditioner liquids. The included breakfast buffet in the morning is absolutely incredible, with everything you would expect in a firestar facility, omelette station, fruit hot and cold items and incredible bread selection! There's also a lady that makes the thin Moroccan bread and corn cakes fresh for you. The rooftop bar is beautiful and offer a variety of Tapas as well as full dining capabilities there's also two other restaurants plus a sports bar on the ground floor. We found that the service was a little bit spotty, everybody in the hotel is very friendly, however not everybody speaks English and there was a couple of misunderstanding based on the language. The menus come in French translated to Spanish as well as French translate to English. The translation is not always good so make sure you ask questions before you order food. The quality on the food divorce in General Lee very good, I will not recommend the Moroccan restaurant on the first floor, we had a bad experience there. Overall the great stay we stayed here for two nights in the end of June.

I had a fantastic time at Barceló Tangier. The location is perfect, right by the beach with stunning views. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, modern, and really comfortable. The breakfast, so much variety and everything was fresh. The whole hotel has a relaxing vibe, and I’d definitely stay here again!

B-heaven bar: Long story short: great view and nice location. Horrible service. Please replace your bar staff with well trained ones who fulfill at least the minimum standards and requirements of a 5 star hotel bar!
