Barcelo Tenerife Royal level

We stayed at Barceló Tenerife Royal Level for 5 nights at the end of June and honestly, it was amazing. The hotel has a really unique vibe — the design is modern but warm, and every spot feels like a photo opportunity. It’s probably the most beautiful Barceló I’ve been to so far. We booked the Royal Level and it was 100% worth it. You get access to separate areas, better drinks, and basically unlimited food — every night was a different cuisine, and everything we tried was great. No stress, just chill and enjoy. One of the highlights was a short hike in the natural reserve right next to the hotel. Super peaceful and easy to do if you want a break from the pool or beach. Overall, the whole experience felt special — relaxing but with a lot of little details that made it stand out. Would definitely go back.

This is, by far, the best holiday we’ve ever had. Everyone at the hotel is so welcoming and friendly, the rooms are huge and the food is incredible. There’s a lot of lovely activities for adults and children alike. We did the wine tasting, sangria-making class, aqua gym, beach volleyball (we pretty much did everything). The animation team is so much fun - they make sure everyone’s having a good time. We don’t normally participate in resort activities, but the animation team was just exceptional. Bingo is really fun. HUGE shoutout to Luca, Samuel and Eugenia! I still can’t get over how good the food is at this resort. We did royal level specifically for the a la carte experience and it did not disappoint. Every single dinner was a culinary experience. (Bravo to the chefs!) all the hosts and servers at the hotel are top notch. They keep everything immaculate, they check on drinks, clear plates. This was our first time at a Barceló hotel, and we will definitely be back.

my 3rd visit and this time with my mum and we had 2 separate rooms, little disappointed that we were allocated rooms above kitchens which made for a for some interrupted sleep, as a my barcelo member i do wonder what the benefits are with room allocation/upgrades, as to date i have never received an upgrade no matter what hotel i have been at and there have been many. i was moved swiftly after raising the noise issue but would suggest these rooms should not be used until sound proofing rectified - but this was a disappointing start with a few nights of bad sleep. overall though we had a lovely stay, the staff are super helpful wherever you are, it was my mums first visit and she thoroughly enjoyed herself. will definitely return if i can be guaranteed i wouldn’t be allocated same room! Our second stay and even better this time, our first stay was before their official opening a year ago and was great, but this time, small improvements and it really was the perfect winter sun break, if you are happy with a peaceful hotel that never feels busy even though it was fully booked, good food and drinks with costal walks, I would thoroughly recommend, every member of staff was amazing, particularly Keny at royal level pool an absolute superstar, Samantha and Daniel too, every member of staff was so welcoming and helpful, I love how customer service is number one priority at this hotel. We will return I am sure.
