Barcelona Princess

We stayed at the hotel one night before our cruise with our two toddlers. The staff (reception, concierge, restaurant) were totally friendly. We got a free upgrade from a double room to a family room! Next time we would book the family room directly - very spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was great! There was everything your heart desires, except sparkling water ;-) But that was fine. There is a mall next door where you can eat in the evening and there is also a playground. The hotel restaurant also looked great, but we didn't use it in the evening. We will be back when in Barcelona! Thank you very much for the great stay 🌸

This place is fine but I would probably not stay here again. It's nice. Pools close early. They do not let you bring outside drinks or food in. The concierge was amazing! And the staff were very friendly. Across the street from the convention center; 5 min walk to public beaches. The best views are of the never-ending construction along the beach.

Update: Breakfast was great! Welcome Barcelona 🇪🇸. If you’re reading this review you’re likely interested in staying at the Princess. Immediately upon entering lobby you can’t help but notice the young adults sitting around in laptops hanging out. Checking with the customer service rep was a ⭐️⭐️ experience. Not the friendliest and not the rudest. I got let into the room an hour or two early, which was kind because it was extremely hot and humid outside. The corner room was nice, clean, and unfortunately hot inside. I lowered the thermostat to coolest ❄️ setting and the room just would not cool down. I called the front desk for maintenance. Several hours later, after leaving the room to eat, did someone show up as I returned. The slow response is notable because the second room floods when showering and no one ever came to fix the flooding 🌊🚿. It was shower tsunami. If you are okay with the level of service then the Princess is perfect. I will add that the corner room view was grand. Just be ready to shower in public view. Lastly, the location is nice because it’s near food, shopping, and the ocean. Enjoy!
