From the moment I arrived at the Hyatt Tower Barcelona, Sebastian and Fernando went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for. My trip could have been a disaster after my flight was unexpectedly canceled, but thanks to them, it turned into one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had. Sebastian greeted me with warmth and genuine kindness, immediately making me feel at ease despite my stressful travel day. Fernando’s attention to detail and willingness to help with anything I needed truly stood out. They both took the time to ensure I was comfortable, offered helpful local recommendations, and always greeted me with a smile that felt sincere. It wasn’t just about great service — it was the personal touch, the feeling that they truly cared about my stay. Thanks to Sebastian and Fernando, I left Barcelona with incredible memories instead of frustration. The Hyatt Tower is lucky to have such dedicated and outstanding team members. I will absolutely be returning — not just for the beautiful hotel, but for the people who made my trip unforgettable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower! The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and well located, but what truly made our experience memorable was the exceptional service — especially from Gerard and Alex on staff. Gerard and Alex went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. They helped us gain access to the beautiful Metropolitan Gym, assisted us promptly when we encountered an issue with the elevator, and even upgraded our room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone so professional, kind, and attentive — Gerard and Alex truly made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our visit. The hotel amenities were excellent, the room was spacious and spotless, and the views from the tower were beautiful. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. A special thank you again to Gerard for making our stay extra special!

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower before my cruise on June 27, 2025, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable—exactly what we needed after a long, rough flight from NYC. The beds were very comfortable, and the closet and towels had everything we needed. Charging stations for all our electronics were conveniently available, and our room offered a nice view of the highway, port, and airport. One small downside: there was no tissue box in the room. When we asked about it, we were told they didn’t have any, which was a bit surprising. I even tried asking in Spanish, but it wasn’t understood. We ended up using towels and washcloths instead. Also, there’s no ice machine—you have to request ice and water from the bar or room service. Still, the staff were all very kind and helpful. The hotel hostess and front desk were welcoming, and the travel receptionist was especially respectful and gave great recommendations for sightseeing with the limited time we had. As a thoughtful bonus, I could still spot the hotel from the cruise ship as we sailed away from Barcelona. A solid 4-star stay—I’d definitely consider coming back.
