We had a really great stay here. The room was exactly as described on the site. It was cozy, quiet, and had really nice soaps and lotions. Location was amazing. It was easy to walk anywhere and everywhere, but the area didn’t feel as crazy crowded as the Gothic Quarter. Loved the refresh room, it was nice to be able to explore after checkout on our last day and then come have a shower before our flight.

Borneta Hotel in Barcelona was the perfect spot for our stay. Waking up to the quiet of El Born before the galleries opened was such a treat. I loved sipping coffee on the balcony as sunlight poured into the narrow streets below. The room felt calm and modern—perfect for a few nights of exploring. It was just a short walk to Passeig de Picasso where I enjoyed some park time and grabbed pastries before the crowds showed up. The staff made check-in easy, and the location made wandering Barcelona’s best spots feel effortless.

Rooms are very small and hot. I asked for a fan and they did not have one to provide. No water is provided. Hyatt advertises as part of their collection but no upgrade provided to globalist. Rooftop is very small. Restaurant/lounge has strange policy not allowing international businessmen to work after 7 pm when all my work is on another time zone. Two nights in a row, two different employees told me I could not work. I had to convince them each night to let me stay and work. The steak in the restaurant is very good though. Location is very very touristy. The Born area is nothing but tourist traps and tourists, tourists, tourists, everywhere you look.
