I had the best experience at this hotel- the layout of the hotel is really nice with lots of pools, pretty rooms and delicious food! I’m really grateful for all of the staff, especially a lovely waitress working in the hotel restaurant called Joccelyn! She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed, and answered any questions I had about the hotel or Almería in general. Thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend more!

Following a cancelled flight with EasyJet, we took the "book a hotel room" option. This was just one hotel on the list. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel staff, especially reception. My son and I arrived tired and flustered. The reception staff were helpful and our room was lovely. I found out that I had forgotten my charger, and they quickly found me one behind the desk to borrow. We found the food to be great and had an awesome dinner on our second night - and Asian inspired feast. We had to pay for the second night which we will claim back off easyjet - but they managed to keep us in the upgraded suite, which was usually more expensive but they kept it at the cheaper room prices. I really do want to say thank you to the lovely lady on reception. Thanks from a flustered Mum & son!!

The Hotel itself is nice and clean and the beds are quite comfortable. However, there are quite a lot of negative points regarding entertainment, food quality, food choices and bar services. This is our family experience during our recent stay at the Hotel. At check in, we were told that due to our premium room choice we were offered a free of charge mini bar which would be topped up daily. To our surprised it wasn’t. They replenished all drinks and chocolate bar consumed from the fridge but forgotten everything else that was out of it, including dirty coffee mugs snacks and coffe capsules. We also did not get clean pool towels during the stay. Out of all services offered, the night club wasn't available at all and the only entertainment we had Friday and Saturday nights were (acrobats and a stand up comedy and both were rather boring.) Lunch service is a complete nightmare between 2 and 3pm and there’s only one chef inside the main buffet area making the daily protein choices for all guests and I was even served an uncooked chicken. Bottled beers are offered as well as draft but not cold at all. There are QR codes around sunbeds offering pool services but it was never available and after 7pm the only bar choice is the one at the lobby. Ridiculous! One positive thing? A covered car park with limited spaces and the arrozante restaurant offers a nice and comfortable space for breakfast.
