The Royal Level was great and so many added benefits such as free ice cream, mini golf and use of some of the restaurants and buffets in the other hotels. Food wasn't always the best on the buffet (bit hit and miss and not labelled correctly), but bar snacks were always good and great selection of drinks for All Inclusive. Good location, preferred it to other parts of the island. Service was really good, particularly Vanessa in the restaurant who remembered our drinks order every morning without having to ask! Exceptional! James also provided a good range of activities throughout the day from meditation to painting! Will definitely return.

It was our first time at the Royal Level Adults Only resort, it was... PERFECT! Everyone that works at this hotel is so friendly and professional. From the moment that we arrived we were received with a warm welcome. The rooms, the restaurants, the beach it was great. We especially loved the bar and the swimming pool at our hotel (the adults only). We will be coming back for sure!

Been for the last 3 years now, and twice already this year. Returning again next month. I can't get enough of this hotel. I am well travelled within the UK and abroad and I am a very fussy customer. The only faults I can find with this hotel, is sometimes food is hit and miss. No Spanish music around the pool..Why? We are in Spain after all! Nothing too loud, just simple relaxing Salsa/merengue music would be nice. Come on Barcelo!
