Our 8-day stay was truly enjoyable. The hotel's location is a great balance, offering peace and quiet while still being just a 15-minute drive from Palma. The private snorkeling cove was a definite highlight. The pool and wellness center was well maintained. We were consistently impressed by the exceptional service and the professional, friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner buffets also offered a great variety of good food

Stayed here just over 2 weeks ago. Fantastic holiday really managed to relax. Room had everything we needed cleaned every day breakfast amazing catered for everyone dinner the same. Lovely little beach where we snorkelled in the clear water. Caught the number 4 bus just outside hotel 2euros each. Would go back tomorrow, staff friendly and nothing too much trouble Thank you !

Upon arrival at the hotel at approximately midnight we were advised the hotel had not received our booking from On The Beach. This was not a good start. However, we were put into an upgraded room for our first two nights stay. This was not ideal given we could not properly unpack and had to move all our things when we were eventually given our ‘permanent’ room. The hotel itself was very clean and staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was very small, with a balcony overlooking the car park, not exactly a nice view! The hotel is very quiet, with limited entertainment both during the day and night. The sea views are very nice as well as the small cove. Pool service was good with prices in line with the local area. We felt as a young couple the hotel was quite boring and that it would have been nice to have some music or daytime activities provided. Overall the hotel was ok with no real complaints but it is limited unless all you want to do is sunbathe (need to be early to get a decent sunbed) or swim. We will not be returning, given we have stayed at better hotels previously.
