Barceló Jerez Montecastillo & Convention Center

It was a delightful stay. Everything was perfect, from the staff to the rooms, food and the place overall. I got to rest and that for me is the key of a great hotel. We will be coming again soon for sure

If you like this review give it a 👍 Location: next to the golf course and close to the racetrack, so a lot of noise when there is a race like the Sunday we stayed at the hotel. Room: of good size, clean an moder with a small terrace overlooking the yard and the (small) swimming pool. Minibar and safe are available. Wifi is free. Bathroom: was big, clean and in reasonable shape. Breakfast: fine, not the best I had for €15. The restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, was not very cosy. Bright lights and very noisy But if they charge the prices like mentioned on the inside of the hotel room door.........pick another hotel. The rooms of this 4 star hotel are not worth these 5 star prices.

Take this hotel to ruin your vacation. - They sent us to another hotel without any notice, gave us a small room. - The pool and green areas were very dirty. Not useable - They told us that the kids playground (indoor!) was closed because of the season (it was may!). When we played outside on the green grass they screamed at my child. - The pool was so cold and also dirty that we couldn’t swim. - Restaurant staff was kind but receptionists were really unprofessional talking about us in front of us thinking that we wouldn’t understand spanish. - The soundproofing of the rooms are aweful. Couldn’t sleep properly. We really felt like being ripped off. Very shocked as the reviews were good. Very unwelcoming hotel. Never again this chain.
