We had an absolutely amazing experience at Barceló México Reforma! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, welcoming, and professional. The hotel itself is modern, elegant, and located in a prime spot in the city – perfect for exploring Mexico City. What really made our stay stand out was the incredible breakfast and the premium lounge access. The variety, quality, and presentation of the food were exceptional, and the attention to detail was evident every day. The premium lounge became our favorite spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing. A very special shout out to the wonderful ladies working in the lounge over the weekend – they were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City. We would absolutely stay here again!
I just want to first express a big thank you to the staff during our stay. They were courteous, friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. The moment you walk in you are greeted by the staff. The room we stayed in was on the 20th floor And had a fantastic view of the city and mountains. In addition, the room itself is spacious, clean, and updated. To my surprise, they also provided for the first night free drinks from the mini bar within the room, which I thought was a nice gesture. I also tried out the restaurant in the main lobby as well as their bar, and will highly recommend anybody who stays there to stop by at least once during your stay as the food and drinks were excellent!! As far as the location is concerned, it is at the center and everything within walking distance. I was able to get picked up at my hotel for one of the excursions and just had to walk 10 to 15 minutes to the meeting point for the other. However, you will enjoy the walk, especially that there’s a park nearby with vendors in every part if you’re looking for souvenirs, food or just to have a good time and people watch. There are also commercial stores all around, including various restaurants to select from. Overall, this hotel has gained a new loyal customer for my future travels and where I will be staying especially when I’m back in Mexico City, which will be sooner than later. To the management of this hotel, I just wanna say thank you, and you should be proud of all your staff, including those that make sure our rooms are spotless to the bartenders and everyone who makes it possible to make sure your taken care of during your stay! Gracias por las memorias y nos veremos pronto!!
This was a trip that I decided to take on a coworker recommendation and I am very grateful for taking it because this was an unforgettable experience for me. I found this hotel online after reading some reviews from past guests and went with my gut and it was enjoyable. I reached out to the hotel concierge about a week before my trip and a young lady by the name of Lucero offered me outstanding guest service. She planned my trip from start to finish. She booked me a City Tour with an amazing guide named Jaime. A young man who was my guide for 3 days and was worth every penny I paid him. He knows the history of the country like the back of his hand. He took me to the Museum of Anthropology, Chapultepec Forest, Chapultepec Castle, the Guadalupe Basilica and gave me a drive by night city tour. Wonderful I highly recommend this hotel and if you are interested in really visiting Mexico City, take a private guide. It is worth it I way to thank everyone who had a hand in making my trip as amazing as it was
