Very nice hotel within walking a distance of just about anything you need or want. The breakfast is SUPER GOOD.
At first glance the hotel looks really impressive. Staff were nice and helpful, but my room didn't seem as clean as I expected it to be. The dresser seemed dusty inside and out. There was this unpleasant smell in the room that got worse if I raised the A/C. And the flies....I was killing these stupid little flies every day during my stay. And the elevators smelled of b/o. I have a high tolerance for things so I didn't bring this up during my stay, and I might still stay here in the future, but that was my experience. Hopefully I was just unlucky and got a bad room. On the upside its location is great, it's next to a giant mall and across from more restaurants.
It is not a 5 star hotel. Service and cleanliness is terrible. From the room to the Bistro you can find dirty details. The glasses and mugs really dirty in the restaurant and hotel room. They do not change the bed sheets and vacuum the floor. The walls are dirty, the door lock from the hotel room broken. Even though feedback is provided with evidence, they don’t care. There are plenty of reviews addressing the cleanliness’s issue. Additionally there is two hotels with the same name right to each other, very confusing.
