Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff where nothing is too much trouble. So attentive and work so hard. Restaurant staff and waiters brilliant. Shout out to Paula - Public Relations for fixing our loo in a snap 😁The little extra touches here and there, really make it special. Great location. Beach is beautiful. Food is great, more than great and so much choice. Ask and it’s brought to you. They just get everything right and if it’s not, they fix it straight away. Plenty of sun loungers, even by 9am, even with a full hotel! We are AI and really don’t need AI+ as that provided everything . Room great, not much storage but that’s literally my only gripe! Bathroom excellent. Shower fab. No idea where the bad reviews have come from..,surely we’re not at the same place!? Would fully recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and thank God we didn’t stay longer. The hotel is old and worn down. The food is barely edible. The rooms are even more run-down than the rest of the hotel. The showerhead was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. Same with all the yellow stains around the bathroom and elsewhere in the room. Worst of all, the room smelled like sewage. Nothing helped to get rid of the smell. It got worse in the evening around bedtime, and it was almost impossible to sleep without feeling nauseous. Everyone at the reception, except for a few, was rude. If you’re not ALL INCLUSIVE+, they treat you like a second-class guest. Regular guests aren’t allowed to use the spa, indoor pool, or similar facilities. On top of that, they weren’t helpful at all with parking outside the hotel, which cost about 30 euros per night. We had to park 1.5 km away from the hotel area. The beach is nice, but it has nothing to do with the hotel. The pool areas are small and, to put it mildly, miserable. The view was, admittedly, fantastic, but the terrace was small, worn out, and unpleasant, so we didn’t really get to enjoy it either. The food deserves a 2 out of 6 rating. We only managed to eat one meal there. The drinks were okay, and the bar staff worked hard and did a good job. Other than that, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Run from this place. This place is not worth the price and the is in kind words...a dump. The staff here couldn't care less about being accommodating or even respectful. Want a place to park? .. don't expect any help from anyone here. The rooms? Don't get me started. Cleaning seems to Be an afterthought as does any maintenance. The walls dirty and cracking, the old office utility carpet in the halls was stained and torn . The gym? Filthy and none of the machines even worked. The safe in the room also broken and nobody would come fix it. The food? Don't bother. Garbage. My GI system destroyed from one meal. For the amount of money spent here to say I was disappointed was an understatement. Look elsewhere and don't believe anything you hear about this place on social media. Horrible, horrible stay. Worst part is.... have to stay here three more nights.
