From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. Barceló Portinatx is an absolute paradise — peaceful, stylish, and perfectly located. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to make you feel welcome and relaxed. Our room had breathtaking sea views, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious. Breakfasts were a dream — fresh, delicious, and with options for every taste. The adults-only atmosphere added a serene and romantic touch that made our stay unforgettable. Whether you’re looking to explore Ibiza or just unwind by the pool with a cocktail in hand, this is the perfect place. We left feeling rested, inspired, and already planning our return. The room was clean, cool and all we needed. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The peaceful pace of life was fabulous, from very busy working weeks in London to this hotel was exactly what we wanted. No noise, no happy excited children, no craziness associated to Ibiza. Quiet area, great food, fantastic staff, perfect if you want peace and to relax. The staff at the pool bar were excellent, often busy but manged the food service brilliantly, the chef at the pool bar,while we were there was top class, I've been a chef previously, and it was clear he took pride in the appearance of what he prepared, you first eat with your eyes when food is served, it look amazing and tasted great just as good. Chef clearly cared about he was serving. All bar staff were on top of their game and manged guests brilliantly. And if things couldnt get better, we were offered an ice bucket, bottle of cava and 2 glasses to sit on the balcony watching the sunset, we laughed at how great it was. Our first time there and we will certainly be booking to go back there next year once we return home.

Lovely quiet, peaceful and relaxing holiday. Room was nice- we had a balcony with a partial sea view. I was a bit disappointed as we paid extra for sea view. We did not use balcony as it was far too hot. Maybe earlier in year it would be nice. Both pools lovely. No pressure for sunbeds. We swam and snorkelled in the sea every day. Lots of fish to look at and caves to explore. Watched the sunset from the top of the rocks every night. Sunset was different every night. Food was ok. Evening buffet was a bit uninspiring. Cocktails nice. Had a lovely reflexology massage in the wellness centre with Nathalie. Definitely recommend.
