Spacious family friendly hotel with heated pool (indoor and out). Lovely breakfast each day. Kind and friendly staff. I would have liked a buffet style dinner experience as the hotel restaurants could have had better food and atmosphere. Isla Magica near by was fantastic for the smallies. Seville is beautiful with lovely cobble stone streets, historical landmarks and terrific weather in April.

I stayed here for a business trip and extended my visit for a few personal days. There were some highs and lows during my time at the hotel. On the positive side, the breakfast was great, and the facility itself is impressive—modern, with decent rooms. The gym is nice, and the pool is a highlight, though I wished it were heated. Room service was very decent, and the hotel seems to have everything you could need, including an ATM. The reception staff were helpful, especially when I needed to adjust my booking from two people to one. On the downside, some room amenities were lacking. For example, there was no box of tissues, and the bathroom tissues weren’t restocked during my stay—small details that might be fine for a 3-star hotel, but not a 5-star. The restaurant staff weren’t always friendly, and it was tough to order a drink or meal there. I speak English, not Spanish, and while I understand I’m in Seville, where English isn’t as common, I tried my best to communicate. Some staff, however, came across as rude, which made me question the hospitality standard here. Overall, it’s a solid hotel with great features, but the experience didn’t fully live up to 5-star expectations.
