Barceló Warsaw Powiśle

Fantastic Stay at a Modern Riverside Hotel I spent almost a week at this new, clean, and modern hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent — metro and bus stops are just steps away, with minimarkets and a large food court full of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel is right next to the river, where you’ll find charming summer bars perfect for relaxing. Breakfast is served in a large dining area with lovely views over the river and park. The highlight was the top-floor bar and pool with a beautiful terrace – a great spot to unwind. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel with superb service. Right at the heart of the centre with a superb view from the top . The facilities were great. Didn't have to have the cleaning service so I constantly had on the DND function and they even left me a note that they apologise for not being able to clean my room . Really appreciate the luggage keeping service and pristine condition of the carpets which extend to the quality of the rooms . The details are superb . Totally recommend it !

The hotel has some major flaws: terrible service highlighted by the complete lack of responsiveness to requests such as to change the bed sheets in the room, to provide new towels or the request at check-in to pay upfront for the entire stay - something I have never experienced in a hotel of this class. For a brand new hotel, there’s also quite a lot of wear and tear already on the walls or not working electrical outlets in the room (only one was working in my room). Seems like a very poor construction quality. On the plus side the hotel is in a fantastic location and the prices are quite a good value for Warsaw for a 4 star hotel. I hope somebody from the management reads the reviews and starts to take action to improve this as otherwise it will truly be a wasted opportunity to become a staple venue for travelers coming to Warsaw.
