Bardessono Hotel and Spa

Have stayed at this property several times since it first opened, but on my most recent stay, I had one of the best service experiences. Jordan Swanson went above and beyond to make sure our trip was smooth and enjoyable. He recognized that the room we had requested would be next to the upcoming construction, so he called me to coordinate a backup plan. He was even able to secure us a suite as our original room was unavailable. Jordan’s huge efforts to notify us, work out a plan to find us a new room that we were excited about, and take care of us while we were there for the full stay were awesome. He’s a standout star at Bardessono and I hope they recognize his efforts. Jordan, along with Cathy Flores (who has helped us MANY times book great stays!), and Beto make it very easy for us to return every year - many thanks for their huge help!

Can’t say enough about this place and their amazing staff! Best service ever! From check in to check out, they were beyond amazing with their detail oriented customer service. The resort itself is beyond spectacular, the landscaping, gardens, flowers, the room and everything was beautiful. We were celebrating a special occasion and they went above and beyond to make it special despite giving them late notice. Highly recommend this place! We will definitely be staying here every time we’re back!

Five stars on all fronts. From the moment you are greeted at the car by name, to the beautiful grounds, to the complementary glass of bubbly, to the impeccable rooms, to the fabulous spa and the rooftop pool, every facet of this boutique hotel is amazing. We will definitely keep this on our list of hotels to revisit!
