Baron Resort Sharm El Sheikh

Wonderful hotel, with one of the best services in Sharm. The coral reef is their main attraction. It’s more beautiful than in the most of distant coral reefs in natural. The beach is very comfortable and has a very nice sand, sunbeds. I’m quite satisfied with food, restaurants and bars. The main bar in Lobby serves good drinks 24/7.

Went there for a few nights with my friends and want to say that we actually enjoyed the place. The rooms were good for the price. The service and staff there were great. Especially the animators who at first we thought were a bit to much but later proved to be actually the most fun part. They were a blast and always making our time there great. With location 4 stars as there isn't really too much outside of the resort, but hey it's a resort after all. Still we really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will come back next year again. Thank you again to all the staff and the animators, they made our stay unforgettable.

This hotel was an absolute disappointment. There is literally no service and no assistance at all, whether at the beach or the pool. Guests are only given two tiny bottles of water, and if you dare to ask for more, you are charged an extra 35 EGP. It’s not about the money — it’s about the terrible system and the poor, stingy mentality of the hotel. Instead of providing comfort, they make guests feel like they are being taken advantage of. On top of that, guests have to serve themselves: pick up their own towels, hand in a beach card, and return the towels later. It feels like the hotel runs on the assumption that guests will come once and never return. There are barely any staff, and the few who are around are completely useless. To be fair, the rooms were clean and the food was decent, but everything else was a disaster. The whole experience left me with the impression of a cheap, poorly managed hotel that does not care about its guests. I honestly cannot understand how this place has such a high rating on Booking — those reviews are clearly not genuine.
