Barradas Parque Hotel & Spa

First I will start with the Positive comments of my 3 nights stay. 1) The MOTHER NATURE here is gorgeous.2)The Comadrejas hunting at night are super cool 😎 3) Breakfast is with tons of varieties 4)Camila de server is very nice 2) the only female at front desk I don’t remember her name is helpful. The spa is okay I feel sad for the captived fishes they are not happy at that fish tank.The decorations are old fashioned I like it.negative comments 1) the security do de at front has an UGLY ,Disrespectful, anger and Rude attitude ,when I arrived late tired from the snow to the summer in punta del este uruguay he check me in and kept my US AMERICAN 🇺🇸 ID . He never helped All the opposite.Security? Nope ! Next day I have to ask for my us American ID !!! He kept my documents!!! The pool was nice the trees the birds the tourist are fun to watch as well . The animals the flowers everything involved with the nature is excelente. I have to leave at 6 am I asked for a wake up call again Gonzalo the security Never woke me up he don’t even say good morning or help with my luggage. I called an Uber myself and on top of all that rudeness I had to walk 4 stairs with all my luggage to the Uber when probably he was sleeping at the front desk horrible customer service

The hotel has no maintenance, has no air conditioning, all installations are very old and without any care. Is a pity for the employees who really try their best. The hotel is a two star hotel.

Bad organisation, got kicked out because of double booking without any compensation. The bathroom is not well cleaned and the drainage is not working. The breakfast is really bad, not much choice and staff rolls their eyes if you ask them something in English. Only plus is the pool and the garden. I would strongly advise against staying in that place.
