Stayed for 2 weeks. Location and amenities were great! Lindsey the property manager was super helpful from check in through check out. The room was in tip top shape and the hallways and lobby area were well kept too. The room and building had everything I needed! Checking in was super easy and straightforward. Lindsey was prompt in all of their responses to my texts/inquiries, and also took the time to check in with me and make sure my stay was going well. Will definitely be back!

Very nice, upscale hotel with extended stays available. Good security; you need a key to get in the front door and a key to get to any floor on the elevator. The weekly rates can vary by $300 depending upon their occupancy when you book. One week was $350 when occupancy was low, the next week was $660. There is also an automatic $300 deposit taken out of your account that I was NOT informed about, although they said that it will be refunded the day after you check out. That can eat into a budget pretty quickly and make it hard to plan ahead. Very responsive property management, without being too intrusive on your privacy. There are decibel meters in every room and it says if you go over 50db, (below the level of normal conversation, according to google) they can terminate your contract with no refund. They did have a construction inspection while I was staying here, which was a little weird, as a group of people entered every unit to inspect it, but they were only in my room for a minute or 2. Off-street parking is $200 per month in their on-site garage, which is worth it, as the windows were busted out of my Lincoln Aviator one night when I parked on the street just around the corner from the hotel. Street parking can be hard to come by most nights. Sketchy homeless people wandering by all night, scoping out vehicles, but I haven't been personally accosted by anyone yet, just my vehicle broken into when I wasn't present. I highly suggest reading ALL the fine print of their terms and conditions on their website before booking. Extending my stay was no problem, I just texted the property manager and she took care of it for me.

Overall: a big meh. 2-star hotel vibe. Won’t stay here again. Pros: • cheap compared to other hotels in downtown • the room has kitchen • the building is located in a relatively less chaotic, safer part of downtown • close to Sister Coffee, Basic market, Safeway, Chipotle • moderately well stocked. Toilet paper, kitchen towel… etc Cons: • No onsite parking. Street parking was very limited. Be prepared to find street parking (that is not ridiculously far) for 20+ mins. • Kitchen was NOT clean. Look carefully when you take any utensil. I found all the forks were disgustingly dirty - all have food stain remained. I found hairs on the chair as well. • NOISE. You can easily hear people walking above you. Crazy. I couldn’t sleep. • Shared coin laundry room on every floor. I’d expect for serviced apartment to have laundry in the room and for free. • The property manager was helpful, but when I requested early check out and refund, she ghosted on me. So yes, generally it’s a 2-star hotel vibe. It’s more like a place for you to sleep and nothing else.
