Barton Manor Hotel & Spa; BW Signature Collection

We received excellent service from the staff members. Upon our arrival, the reception team were very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to others. I also wanted to highlight the great aftercare service. I had accidentally ordered a tracksuit bottom to the hotel address, and it arrived after I had already checked out and left the property—over 300 miles from where I live. The reception team kindly called to confirm whether the parcel was mine. They were incredibly polite and helpful, and even suggested I arrange a collection via EVRI to have it sent to my home address. It was truly heartwarming to receive such hospitality and support even after leaving the place. A big thank you to the entire team!

Went for our 2nd wedding anniversary and it was lovely. I added the rose petals on the bed which were a nice touch. £10 each extra for using the spa was a bit steep for what it is but we enjoyed it apart from seeing the deck scrub brush being dipped in the water. Bed was comfy. The grounds are lovely and the entrance smells amazing. All topped off with great service by Gary in the evening. I really enjoyed using the coffee machine and the ice and milk available in the corridor was very helpful

Stayed for one night and it was amazing. The staff were really obliging throughout my stay. I ate in the restaurant which is reasonably priced and the quality was fantastic. The spa was beautifully clean and the temperature of the pool, sauna and steam room was spot on. I would definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to return. Thank you so much amazing Barton staff, you make this hotel the success that it is.
