We stayed here as three families (11 people total across 3 rooms), and it was absolutely wonderful! If you’re traveling with young kids, this place is a dream. The 1+1 rooms are fully equipped with a kitchen, all the kitchenware you might need, a spacious bathroom with a step for the little ones, and even a potty trainer! The staff were amazing, the service was warm and friendly, the food was delicious, and everything was super clean. We’re so grateful to everyone who helped make our stay so special. Also special thanks to Kids Club, they were amazing! A very special shoutout to Melike, who took care of our room, she was truly outstanding. Not a single spot was missed! She changed our sheets daily and cleaned the room as if it were her own. Please make sure she hears this feedback; it’s rare to find someone so dedicated and thorough. A quick tips; make sure you get a nice photo shoot session with the lovely photographer Beytullah as he has delivered beautiful pictures to capture our memories. Very clean hotel and very good selection of food. Animation team is also very good. My son really liked Shaba. Bar staff always smiling even though it’s hard to work in this heat. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you everyone. Elena

Good hotel, great location and most of the staff was very friendly. Good facilities, enough sunbeds and the sea was a short walking distance away where they had their own section with loads of space. Our main problem was the lady that came to clean our room. She did not respect the "Do Not Disturb" sign at all and kept knocking on the door until we opened it. On the last day just before we left she even just barged in without knocking while my partner was not fully dressed.
