Barwon Heads Resort at 13th Beach

We recently held a 2-day overnight conference at the resort and couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the service, food, and attention to detail were absolutely outstanding. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, nothing was ever too difficult, and we truly felt looked after throughout our entire stay. A special mention to Ebony and Michael, who were exceptional, professional, warm, and incredibly accommodating. Their dedication, along with the rest of the team’s, made all the difference and helped create a seamless, memorable experience for our group. The entire experience exceeded expectations, and we’re already looking forward to the next opportunity to visit. Highly recommend for any corporate event or getaway. We love staying here. I’ve been coming here for over 8 years now and it just keeps getting better and better. Mick, Sue and Ebony are so helpful and always ensure our stay is simply the best. I couldn’t recommend this resort enough for a wonderful relaxing stay which is close to everything.

Disappointing massage value. Booked a 90 minute massage with a 20% surcharge, came to $185 and massage only lasted 65mins. Not worth the money.
