It's the value. For how close it is to the airport, the free parking, the free airport shuttle, free wifi. I was sure this was miles away from the airport but it is literally 10 minutes by car/shuttle. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes till about midnight. Rooms are pretty basic although the whole hotel is a bit rundown. Still - the value is unbeatable. Service is friendly.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed is of exceptionally quality. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The airport shuttle made it very easy to move around and to catch buses to other parts of the city.
Our recent stay unfortunately presented several issues. The lack of functioning air conditioning in our room was inadequately addressed, and subsequent interactions with front desk personnel proved unproductive. Moreover, the checkout process the following day was marked by unprofessional conduct from the staff. The proximity of a 24-hour establishment led to disruptive noise levels throughout the night, negatively affecting our ability to rest. Based on these experiences, we are unable to recommend this establishment. The two rooms we occupied both lacked air conditioning; the provided photograph represents the information we received after requesting contact details.
