Bathen House Boutique Hotel

Bathen House is great! The rooms are really spacious, and luxurious. Francesca is a really nice host! She went out of the way to help us with directions and bus timings. It was so nice to be greeted with a little snack bag in our rooms, and free drinks! There are cute little magpies roaming around in the garden in the evening, creating a nice calm vibe. Breakfast tasted really good too! Sausages tasted home-made and the pastries were great. Overall a great experience and we’re happy to come again! Bathen House was slightly out of the way location wise, but worth it for the nice experience!

Very nice but rather expensive luxury boutique hotel. I would rather describe it as luxury bed and breakfast and definitely not a „five star hotel“…as there is no F&B option beyond breakfast (no restaurant) and no other amenities (no fitness, no pool, nothing). Very nice self serve bar / living room to sit in. Nice rooms with high quality feeling - a bit you will hear your neighbors walking above your heads if you are not top floor (old building). And it has no A/C.

Stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel for 2 nights and 3 days, as a family of 3 with a 5 year old. The hotel itself is beautiful, cute with a touch of luxury. The rooms were clean, spacious and classy. The bathroom was huge and stunning! The breakfast and variety on offer for the few days, was perfect. Good quality, ample amount and beautifully prepared. The location is also, perfect. With about a 10 minute drive to the city centre, parking included in the package (space front and back of the hotel). Last but by no means least, the staff, specifically Francesca and Kate were amazing! They added warmth, kindness and smiles to our stay. We couldn't thank them enough. P.S our 5 year old daughter fell in love with Francesca and her kind heart, who really made us welcome throughout.
