Prices have doubled from 2024 to 2025 for the same all inclusive option, the food is good, the pools are good but the service staff are invisible or something at the pools, I tried to find someone to help me find a free sunbed but couldn’t find anyone, guests put towels on sunbeds at 6 or 7 AM to reserve and go to have breakfast, and as the hotel is so crowded any body coming to the pools after 8 will have much trouble finding a place to sit, staff are average the same for most hotels here but ok you don’t usually need help as work goes on in a standard way which makes things easier for guests, there’s a different show every night which is very enjoyable. Rooms are spacious we stayed in a duplex room which was a free upgrade from the family room we booked and I thank Kaan from reception for choosing this room for us. Staff at the restaurant were active and helpful, life guards are also doing their best, housekeeping staff are not all the same we encountered 2 types one is active and want to do his job well the other was lazy and grumpy and didn’t do a good job, I think the management should do make sure the job standards are fulfilled. We enjoyed our stay but may think twice if prices keep jumping at the same rate.
Can’t really fault the hotel. Plenty of food, drinks, rooms are clean, pool areas clean, right on the beach. We arrived very late Thursday night/ Friday morning and we we’re given a room for the night and we we’re told we’d be moving rooms the next day not a great start to our stay, but it was fine. No sunbeds was our only issue. All sunbeds were gone by 6am, most of the people who put their towels on the sunbeds didn’t come back to th Until late evening, and staff didn’t pass any heed of this. Swim up rooms, after paying extra for a swim up room you had no privacy as everyone used that pool and your stuff on the balcony was soaked because other guests used your balcony to dive into the pool. Very busy at times. Only two very small lifts to service a lot of guests, the lifts are tiny and one was out of order.
We had some issues during our stay. For two days in a row, the towels weren’t changed, and the room wasn’t restocked with water, tea, or coffee. After we left a tip of around 200 lira, everything was suddenly taken care of — the towels were replaced, and the amenities were refilled. As for the pool bar staff — I honestly have no words. They were constantly rushing to take away our drinks, even when they were clearly not finished. I still had whiskey and Coke left in my glass, but they took it without asking, several times. It felt like they were always hovering over us, asking if we were done, which was very annoying. The animation team is friendly and energetic, but the program is repetitive — the same thing every day. Being Bulgarian, and noticing that many Bulgarians visit this hotel, I was surprised that in 10 days I didn’t hear a single Bulgarian song or greeting. All the focus seemed to be on English and German guests. The beach is small, narrow, and feels crowded. On the plus side, the pool and slides are great, and there’s a nice promenade by the sea where you can take a walk. Conclusion: The hotel isn’t bad, but it’s not for everyone. For the same price, you can find much better hotels with tastier food and better service. I wouldn’t recommend this place for young people looking to have fun. This is just my personal opinion, of course.
