I'm satisfied with the hotel, strategic location opposite The Hills where we can find various Halal eateries and also convenience store inside the mall. The room is comfortable and the amenities provided is complete. Thanks to the front desk Syaza for the best service. I've night walk from waterfront to the hotel, and realized that the hotel located at triangle of Kuching. Will come back again 🌹

Great front desk service from Rose who greatly helped me with booking. Location is great with close proximity to The Hills mall, eateries on Padungan Street + Topspot and also a Thai restaurant inside.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be shaken awake at 4am by a mysterious, wall-rattling bassline, this boutique hotel offers the full immersive experience. The staff assured me it was “a club” next door because apparently, in this magical part of the world, clubs run from 4am to 6am and no one ever needs sleep. Out of curiosity (and desperation), I went to check myself, only to discover it wasn’t a club at all but a neighbour blasting music loudly in their room. And really, how can a club be running at 4–6am without anyone sleeping. Despite Mona’s efforts to help (which I appreciate), the noise and vibration persisted even at 6am right now while writing this review, ruining my sleep. I was here for a holiday, with a hiking tour at 9:30am the next day. Thanks to my 4am wake-up call from DJ Neighbour, I'm going to spend the hike feeling like a zombie in hiking boots. On top of that, the room itself? Let’s just say the shower rack was about as committed to holding the shower head as I am to a 4am workout. It rotated and gave up instantly. Basic items like toilet paper and a hairdryer? Not in the room, you’ll have to request them like rare collectibles. For RM20 more, you could stay at the Imperial Hotel in Kuching, where the only thing vibrating is your phone alarm. Unless you’re into surprise concerts and DIY maintenance, I’d give this one a miss. Worst hotel experience despite travelling to over 30-40 hotels & AirBnBs.
