Batman's Hill on Collins

The staff have been absolutely amazing. It is in a great and convenient location close to the 6am meeting I’m hosting and business events in town. I really appreciate the staff and service provided, you’re like a little family in a classic building trying your best to make customers happy and you have succeeded with me! Thanks again to your entire team. Keep in mind that there are two sides to the hotel, the traditional hotel rooms which is where I stay and self contained single to multi-bedroom apartments. Both sides share the reception for checkin and restaurant/bar downstairs.

We absolutely loved our stay. Room was amazing, clean & spacious. Staff were incredible, kind, helpful & made check in stress free considering I had 2 young children in tow. A very safe place and easy access for us. We will definitely be back

I spent 5 nights at this hotel from 26/6/25. Reception staff were most helpful, courteous and always happy to assist. Cleanliness in my room was so so. I never heard a vacuum cleaner on my floor. My rooms floors were never vacuumed or mopped during my 5 nights stay. I needed to use the extra blanket for the cold nights. The blanket had human hairs and recent stains. I left it on the floor to be collected by the room attendant .. the very same blanket was just folded up and placed on my bed!!!! Yuk! There was so much dust in the hanging area for my clothes! A dark pair of my pants fell onto the floor and was covered in thick dust! It just goes to prove that vacuuming is very minimal or not at all thorough. I will not be staying at this hotel again!
