Bato Thermal Hotel is a comprehensive hotel located between Batman and Sason. It was discovered by chance during oil exploration. It has been operating with established facilities for approximately 15 years. Unfortunately, this is the fate of the East. There are many reasons, of course, but this is not the value such a beneficial mixture of underground boiling water and sulfur deserves. But what can we do? Now, let's introduce the Bato Thermal Hotel. The four-star hotel has a total capacity of 98 rooms: 90 standard rooms, 4 family rooms, and 4 suites. It features three pools: two indoor and one outdoor. It also features a salt room, sauna, Turkish bath, and massage parlor. All rooms also feature spring water. There is a 24-hour restaurant and market. There is also a gym, a children's playroom, and a safe. The reception is very clean and convenient. There are TVs, free Vivi air conditioning, and a minibar. The pools are emptied and refilled daily. It's a safe location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service quality is excellent. There is no parking problem. There are indoor and outdoor areas. Security is also available. And it's a safe place with a camera system. In short, it's a must-see place. It's both healthy and a good opportunity to travel. I recommend it if you're coming from different provinces. While you're here, don't leave without visiting the Malabadi Bridge. I wish you a good trip. May God grant everyone a good recovery.
No investment since was opened, thermal water is very very hot. Rooms are very old and bathrooms dirty.
The staff is nice, but the air conditioning didn't work. We had trouble with hot water in the shower. There are mosquitoes at night. If you close the doors, it gets hot, but if you open them, there are no mosquito nets. The hotel needs some maintenance. The equipment is old and needs to be replaced. If these things are improved, it would be a good place for a family stay. If they also lower their prices a bit and run different promotions during the off-peak hours, it could be a good place to stay.
