Batschari Palais Baden Baden

This was my second time staying at the hotel and it is one of my favorites. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I love the art on the walls which are an homage to the cigarette factory that this used to be. I think there are residents here too, so it is a mix of guests and residents there. A few things to note since it is not a conventional hotel, the front desk is not manned at night, depending on where your room is, you may have to carry your luggage up a few steps or go back outside through a courtyard to get to your room and finally, the restaurant there is only open for breakfast (which I guess means also there is no room service). That being said, I still really love this hotel. It is very close to the opera house and downtown Baden Baden. And since it is not on the main road, it is more calm and quiet. I hope to stay here again next time I am in the area!

We had a wonderful suite next to Festspielhaus with small kitchen, very calm. But the most of our stay was the SPA. We had Sauna, massage and a vitamin check. Elena is a wonderful person, very attentive to my health problems. His advice is relevant and I think that when we decide to change the eating habits we need to have someone who support and push us. It was for me and my husband a very good moment. We hope see her soon.

Just checked out. What a terrible experience. Beware this is less of a hotel and doesn’t have access at all times. We arrived at 8.45 pm and it was closed. No signs. Phone not being answered. We eventually found an emergency number and a security guard came out to pest us in. Crazy situation and wasted so much of our time and evening. Room itself was fine, large living room. Bed and pillows not great quality.
